With 15+ years in the pet industry, Warren co-founded successful companies, raised $50m, and sold Basepaws for $75m to Zoetis. He also advises global pet firms and serves on the board of Petco Love, a major animal welfare contributor.

Garri, a startup investor with $800 million in exits, co-founded ani.vc and serves as Executive Chair at the Longevity Science Foundation, focusing on longevity for humans and animals.

She began her career in venture capital at Toba Capital resulting in over $630M in exits from ScienceIO and Perimeter 81, then held early stage investing roles at Bedford Bridge and Conscience VC.

Dr. Kaeberlein is a leading animal aging researcher, founding Director of the Healthy Aging and Longevity Research Institute, and Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He has published over 200 papers, serves on the editorial boards for Science, eLife and GeroScience, and is the Editor-in-Chief for Translational Medicine of Aging. He is also the former President of the American Aging Association and serves on the Executive Committee and Board.

Jay has launched multiple industry-specific seed funds and consults with the pet care industry on incubations, pitch competitions, and sourcing early-stage investments. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Active Capital, which has led Nestle-Purina's PetCare Innovation Prize and Founder’s Network for the past 8 years.

Caroline is veterinarian and animal health strategy expert working in the animal health and nutrition sectors across the US, Europe and globally. She spent ten years at Zoetis where she served as Vice President of Commercial Development & Lifecycle Management for Ruminants. She also led Global Marketing for Cargill Animal Nutrition and Health. Caroline earned her MBA from Columbia University and her DVM from Tufts University.
